History

On October 2nd, 2004, the Stickheads played their first ever CAHL game, in the Father David Bauer Arena, against the Strange Brew. At 10:11 of the 2nd period against the Dragons, on October 8th, 2004, Tony Le scored the first goal in the history of the Stickheads. The Stickheads first ever win was against the Strange Brew, on October 10th, 2004, winning by the score of 5-2. Greg Joyce scored the Stickheads first ever game winning goal at 8:41 of the 3rd period. The Stickheads had a successful regular season and an excellent playoff as they finished their inaugural CAHL 2004-2005 season by winning the Silver Medal in the Calgary Cup Championship.
